Yesterday (Saturday) we visited the store, where Graham couldn't do enough for us. He took care to suggest and recommend the correct products for my husbands car paintwork, and ordered some floor mats to fit.Helpful and considerate...Thank You.I use your Ferndown branch regularly, and receive the same level of service from the well trained staff there also! As a Driving Instructor it's good to know where my custom is valued..

Very helpful, Graham helped me out as I had some car problems that I was unable to sort out myself, I thought it was electrical however after a chat with Graham it was clear to him that the problem was the battery. Which indeed it was. Will definitely be back there for the excellent advice and for the many car products they sell.

Very good display of merchandise, experienced and helpful staff, wide range of car and bicycle accessories and essentials. Shopping in this place occasionally during last 6 years never was disappointed and often really pleased with the way they treat customers.

I had a great experience at Motabitz. Allan and Graham (covering from Bounemouth for my first visit) were VERY helpful and patient as I bought my first ebike after lots of web research. I am delighted with the bike (EMU Classic) but even more so by the service I received. I'd rate them higher than 5 if I could!

I’ve always experienced great customer here. Most notably last year when I needed a roof box for a last minute holiday break. They had the model I wanted, and had it at a great price, and even fitted it to my car for free. Fantastic service.
