No exaggeration Dave 5 star service. all other services were too busy despite advertising 'quick service'.you said you'll be here within the hour and arrived 20mins later. my partner said you made her feel welcome very polite and soon after my arrival after i witnessed the same. very professional in every way definitely coming back if any problems in the future and have reccomended your business to fellow hoteliers

Dave was very understanding of my mother's predicament and vulnerability and managed to squeeze in a visit first thing the next day. Thank you.

Dave will always try & repair a lock or handle rather than always replacing for the sake of it.
