Premier Inn Leeds City Centre (Whitehall Road) hotel

This is no reflection on the staff they were great, the problem is with Premier inn as a business they employ so few staff there is often a delay or no staff available. This is not unique to this particular Premier inn. So to the management team, since covid you have notably reduced the number of staff members with them doing multiple roles, this has lead to a dramatic reduction in quality of service. In short you are endangering your brand and if it continues premier Inn will become the new travelodge and no one wants to stay in a travelodge!

Im from London and I come to Leeds once a month for work. Everytime I stay here, it’s always this hotel.Great location, VERY reasonable in price (although I comp it on the company so makes no difference to me) and the breakfast is always superb. Anything you want as much as you want for £10 in the morning after a night out is a no brainer to me!Rooms are clean and comfortable with a modern and updated feel to them. Beds are epic and always have a good sleep on them here.Would strongly recommend!

Have stayed here multiple times and always have a great stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the premplus rooms. The coffee machine, fridge with water and mirror for makeup all add to the luxury feel. 5 minute walk from station or 8 minute walk in to town. Would recommend.

Right near city centre. Rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy!.Pitch black in the room on a night which I love and even though we were roadside we didn't hear a thing!. Food was good too. Only point I'd make is 2 bath towels needed in a double room not one

Joseph is the best hotel manager I have ever met he managed what could've been a difficult situation with ease and treated me with so much consideration and kindness. Joseph is a true professional and an inspiration to his team.Beautiful Katrina was the sweetest waitress who clearly enjoys her role being part of the team. Nowadays it's rare to meet happy, positive professionals who provide service with a smile, but this young lady really added to my experience. I watched her genuinely engage and positively interact with all guests who she left with a smile.I had the best night and highly recommend this hotel., this was easily the best Premier Inn that I have experienced. A perfectly situated hotel that is 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. All you can eat breakfast was very good. The hotel has a Restaurant and bar.

Great location for Leeds city centre.Easiest check in and check out ever.Very clean.Super comfy bed.Highly recommend.You do have to pay for faster wifi but the free one was fine for us.
