Wulfrun Hall

Firstly, Penguin Cafe were brilliant, excellent musicianship and intriguing, exciting & beautiful instrumental music.First visit to Wulfrun since refurbishment and the sound quality was great. The security and stewards were also very good, professional and helpful. However, the seating layout was poor, long rows with no central aisle, so access was bad, particularly frustrating as we had booked end of aisle seats in balcony but were moved to centre of aisle stalls. Legroom very poor, but seats comfortable. Bag checks and restrictions on perfume & aftershave were ridiculous. Lack of information on running times and no phone option also poor, so plenty to work on.

Good sound quality and atmosphere with a big crowd. Microscopically cramped bar area and ludicrous toilet facilities

Nice venue, great sound system, shame there's not many toilets. We were let in a bit early too as it was freezing cold and raining, it was much appreciated!

I visited here as a wheelchair user to see Dadi Frayr.From the start the staff were just brilliant.So helpful and friendly, they genuinely couldn’t do to much for us.I loved every bit of my experience and will definitely come again.Please give massive thanks to the staff who were honestly the best.

Organisation was good, staff friendly and helpful. Bar prices high, as is common with this sort of venue.

Totally overpriced. The drinks are a complete rip-off. Go anywhere else to see a band, it will work out far cheaper! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Great venue. Very intimate.The staff were superb by going above and beyond to make my disabled mother's visit as easy as possible
