It's got some really nice shoes and I go there more often than not buy my trainers. I either go here or buy them on the Nike website as I'll only wear Nike shoes. They've got a good selection of all brands in the shop although the shop is VERY small so although there's a good selection of shoes, competitive with JD and the like, there could be an even bigger choice if the shop was bigger.

I bought a pair of white men's nike 270 trainers, the right trainer had a slight fault, couldn't change them in Plymouth as they never had anymore size 8,s, we went to Harrow in London to visit relatives and went in foot locker up there, they had a size 8 but wouldn't change them as i had worn them twice, they gave me customer support e mail, so i e mailed them with photos, 3 day's later and have still heard nothing, i would never buy from them again as the trainer's should have been changed, i am now going to go to trading standards as my consumer rights have been breached.

Walked in and a staff member just completed looked through me, it did make me laugh at first, but then I thought it was just rude. There was a lovely chap who worked there called Josh and he has good customer skills. The current staff here are a waste of space.

Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a pair of shoes to try on.
