Great service and really nice staff including office and technicians. Came quickly and investigated an acute and longstanding problem. Paul and Kallum were friendly and helpful, sorted the problem and gave very useful advice. Strongly recommend and would use again.

excellent speedy service, very quick to respond and identify the issue, arrived two days later to carry out the repairs, unfortunetly the job was bigger than first anticipated, not a problem brought more labour in and tools and carried on till completion - thats it for me no more 'pretend builders of Facebook' rather pay that little extra for a real company, all rubbish removed - job done - very happy thanks Metrorod!

Metro rod attended my property for a blocked drain that was flooding. They arrived on time, resolved the issue quickly and I was happy with the charges. The engineer who attended explained the issue and was extremely polite and well presented. Would definitely recommend

Running a scam with home rescue 24/7 rude. Engineer turned up with no phone call saying on there way, and was very rude to myself. Do not trust this company or request a different one through your insurance company

Dan Hardy and Brandon Beat attended our street and were helpful / professional and kept us informed throughout the job. Explained what was done and why the issue had occurred. Excellent service, can they attend everytime we need the service, would not hesitate to recommend both metrorod and the guys who attended today.

Peter came out to survey our drains and was very polite, professional, explained what he was doing and showed us the video results. As there was some urgency to the necessary repairs an emailed report including video footage of problem areas and a quote was received within a few days and Peter arranged a prompt return to carry out the work. Great guys with what seems state of the art equipment. An excellent service.
