Great store for all your hair washing and maintenance needs however the variety of wigs are limited but they have lots of braiding hair options. Staff are helpful and overall best place in Cambridge ( the only place) to get all our Afro and body care needs

Lovely friendly staff!. 3 lovely friendly staff helped me to get exactly what I wanted, in most cases you can't even get one to serve you anywhere else. Lovely range of wigs, make up, hair products and lots more beauty range to boot and inexpensive jewellery. Go and support them please See you soon girls you were very nice to me.

Great range of hair oils, styling creams and leave-in conditioners. Plus, there are a diversity of American brands, natural products which is amazing! There’s always a staff member available to assist you and advise you.

Very disappointed with multiple bad experiences.I am a student who went to dukels to get my braids done. Was standing waiting for 30 minutes after the appt time because the braider was late (they didn’t give me a seat so I literally had to stand). I wanted cornrows *without hair extensions* which they were charging an extortionate £65, and they refused to give a discount for wasting my time so I had to cancel. The lady at the till was quite verbally aggressive towards me because I wasn’t going to give them my money. Overall very unprofessional service.A positive is that the store has lots of products and will most likely have everything you need. However they use very pushy sales tactics, with one of their workers once telling me I needed to buy their makeup to cover up the acne on my face. No filter and very rude.

Brilliant shop for curly hair products! They stock a wide array of hair products to choose from, with a range of prices. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. I always enjoy replenishing my hair products here and discovering new ones

Very kind and helpful when I needed to make a correction to an online order, they contacted me directly by telephone and sorted everything out very quickly. They also helped to recommend other similar products. I would definitely order from Dukels again! Thank you.

I love this shop and the staff, the product range is amazing and the woman who runs it knows her stuff and is friendly, super helpful and I ended up buying quite alot because the range is so good, my friend did too! Sunglasses, hairproducts and skin products oh and some make up.I will be ordering online too as I'm not local and I trust them to point me in the right product for me direction.I've tried my new angel shampoo and it's amazing!!!
