Highly recommended. I finished my treatments nearly two months ago and I couldn't be happier with the result. Its by far the quickest and best option to correct hair loss and Paul has made the whole experience painless and easy. The clinic he works out of is easily accessible, good parking and really hygienic. Having had a good chat, Paul took time to draw in and reshape my hairline, he kept checking in with me through each sitting and showed real attention to detail. This was something that I had thought about for a long time. I did a lot of research creating a lot of questions and up until I met with Paul to discuss the whole thing I hadn't felt so relaxed about it. The detail he talks to you through answering all my questions making me feel like a person and the manner in how he then goes about the treatment is superb from start to finish. I would say to anyone if you have questions, doubts and are interested in this treatment, arrange a meeting with Paul allow him to talk you through it and trust me you won't regret it. An amazing guy and brilliant at what he does.

If you are thinking of having MSP. You do not have to look any further than Paul at Alter Ego. No BS. Paul is a lovely guy. Extremely personable and patient. I was nervous. Lots of questions (throughout the treatment) and not once did Paul make me.feel silly. Or lack patience. He is amazing at what he does too. Clinic is super clean and comfortable. I am 58 and been bald for the last 30 years. I shave my head every night and thought that would be me for ever. Then my daughter's Partner told me about SMP and that he had been to Paul. I checked out SMP on the Internet and messaged Paul. From the very first conversation Paul was welcoming and friendly. We arranged to meet and Paul explained the whole process in detail and arranged 3 sessions for me. From the first session Paul did a fantastic job and I cannot recommend him enough. If you are thinking about having SMP go and speak to Paul. I was very nervous about it but now am really glad I had it. Listen to Paul and take his advice and you will be too. He is a master of his craft. My SMP looks so natural that family and life long friends haven't noticed I've had it done.

Honestly, it took me a while to post here but here I am. I remember contacting Paul way back, pre-pandemic about the treatment. the conversation was really friendly and laid back. I arranged to meet up with Paul to go over the treatment, I'm so glad I did. Paul is one of those guy's who immediately puts you at ease & you feel so comfortable and confident about the whole process in the way it was explained. I took some time to think it out & to be honest, I didn't really fancy any transplant treatment as advertised by folks in Turkey.I keep my hair short anyway but having lost my hair gradually on the crown & I guess some confidence along the way, it was ideal for me to do this at this time. I could write a book about how good it was, but will keep it to the point that I actually enjoyed the two sessions I had with Paul. So much so, that I almost fell asleep with the calmness of the treatment of the needle, it was that comforting. I know that sounds bizarre but it was a relaxing experience for me, I know not everyone is like that but just goes to show how gentle & professional Paul is.I was very pleased with the treatment, as I already had hair mostly around my head, it was a case of blending it in with the right shade, which was done to perfection. I actually popped in for a third time to see if it requires a top up, Paul gladly perfected some areas but that was it. I'm over the moon about it & I hope to see Paul again at some point when i feel the need to. Thank you Paul for being a friend and improving my appearance and confidence, means the world to me!

Paul at Alter Ego has been fantastic from start to finish. High attention to detail and results have been amazing. He explained everything fully and never rushed through any of the stages from the initial consult to last appointment. I would recommend him to others and would not even consider going to others who say they can do it all in one session. Paul completed my head over 3 sessions which allowed him to see between sessions how the colour might fade and what colour to use for the next session. You can also change your mind with the hairline profile and add more density on etc. My head honestly looks super natural and I’ve had loads of great comments from my family and friends. You also get a year guarantee with his work so if any changes or more density needs adding you won’t find you need to shell out money. Can't recommend Paul highly enough, his dedication to his work and hospitality is second to none and provides a transparent service that is built on experience and a sincere care in what the client is going through.When I first heard of SMP treatment in general, I was initially sceptical since hair loss effects so many (myself included haha). But doing my research and seeing the treatment in the flesh for myself has been such an improvement to my quality of life.Easily up there with the best decisions I've made and would recommend Paul to anyone who is interested in treatment.

I had been looking up SMP treatment for around 2 years. Not a chance I would go for a hair transplant as I had seen a few mates go down that route only to see their hair transplant's fail and besides it was out of my budget.I had been quite lucky to keep a decent mop of hair until into my late 40s.
