Sun Valley Medical Practice

Absolutely terrible. They’ve created a system whereby you can only call for appointments at 8 am. I have tried countless times over a 2 week period. This leaves patients at serious risk. It’s simply negligent. The practice is of inadequate standard, hygiene standards are poor along with demeanour of staff. I feel huge sympathy towards elderly patients or those who may struggle with barriers to try to even get an appointment with this practice.Creating systems like this alienates people who are already struggling with health issues by making it next to impossible to get an appointment. We are in the middle of a pandemic and systems should have been created to help patients rather than make life more difficult. It places patients at further risk by making them wait longer with health issues, which could be of an urgent nature. Along with this it increases the strain on local A&E departments as that is where people go instead of having access to their GP services. I’d recommend for the managers to review their practice standards, they’re simply not accessible nor safe for patients.

When ever you call up they have you on hold and then say call up morning we have children not even 111 call picked up. Sorry to say we pay tax and we should see the doctor but the staff are so horrible they don't care at all NHS needs to help people not make them suffer more please could you guys sort your staff be on phone they all be ast taking away when you come do the sun Valley glodwick thank you

This place should be closed down. No help for any fears or anxieties you may have. Wanted to just speak to a doctor but was told no one can speak to you. Told to make an appointment at 8am but you can never get through at that time. When you do get through all the appointments are taken and to call again tomorrow to repeat it all again. Just for a phone call of your doctor. Staff at front don't care at all.

Good luck getting an appointment it's pretty much impossible. You have to ring at 8 just to he told by the automated service that the line is busy. It doesn't even put you on hold so you have to keep belling back constantly every minute just to be told at 20 past by the time you can get through, there's no appointments left. Joke of a doctors

Worst practice ever. Needed an appointment for my 2year old son and the stupid receptionist is telling me to call back tomorrow because we are closing early today.This place should be permanently closed down and the people working there should be behind bars.

For the past few days I have been trying to establish a cardiology visit at your GP. Unfortunately this is impossible as no one is picking up the phone and when I came to reception the lady at reception doesn't want to give me visit. Make appointment in your GP is impossible.

After calling for two days, no one answered. My child has been coughing for 14 days and wanted to see a doctor. He refused to let me see a doctor and told me to buy medicine myself. I feel like she discriminates against me. Rubbish

To book an appointment with the GP we are told to call the clinics number at 08:00. When you do call at 08:00 no one answers the phone. Over 40 calls and no one picks up the phone.If you call at 09:00 or after and you manage to get through you are told to call at 08:00 tomorrow.Somehow days later, you manage to book an appointment and the unprepared, google doctors" at the clinic see you. You are are then booked to see a real doctor. But 2 months pass and there is still no news about the appointment.Yet every year £6
