The guys there were very busy but remained calm and customer friendly regardless of any stress or pressure they themselves felt. And they even had to cope with a temporary power cut.

I am so thankful for the people who work in voderphone they was so helpful too 2 hour and so sorting out my phone . To get it sorted it . Most shops would not help like they did . 2 lovely lady’s with out their help I would not have been able to have 14 pulse as the 14 was not for me . So thank you way better than phoning customer service when they don’t help . Thank you agin am supper happy

I had a phone delivered in store. Went to pick it up during the working program but the store was shut. I have tried several times over that day,no luck. THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

It's quite a small store but there seemed to be a good range of phones to check out if you are looking to get hands on before a purchase. I needed to see the staff about an issue I had with my contract, I had some very strange issues with my contract and billing. The staff were bemused for a while but took the time to figure it out and where humorous about it as it got solved. Turned out the automated systems had completely screwed my contract but its all good now.

I have just switched over to vodaphone,..and needed help with getting my number and data across to my new phone..!!.. the staff were brilliant.. took time to help,..wouldn't take a penny... so I bought them cakes..!!.. big thank you..recommended..!!
