My Car key was broken, so replaced car key case. Felt quality of Case isn't so great. I had Spare better quality Key Case, but dealer refused to take my spare case.

Friendly and decent service, but I got 2 small keys cut and it cost £18. I usually go to A&I supplies in Gatley. Having just checked, for the same keys cut at A&I it is £8.98. So Timpsons is TWICE as expensive as a local hardware store. Appreciate they have bigger overheads etc but it’s also a rip off.

An exceptional service! My cousin went in yesterday morning to have the battery replaced in my car key fob. The Gentleman who served her was magnificent, and he replaced the battery FREE OF CHARGE!! And his helpful advice was endless... Thank you!!

Good human key cutting service, replacing three keys (cut elsewhere on a vending machine )that didn’t work. Wrong blanks chosen by the machine. These keys did work. Polite and prompt service.

I was asking him to cut my belt and his answer was do it yourself. He is very busy for it, excuse me? I am desperate to properly cut and I cannot do it by myself it is very thick leather and also it has to be sewing. Very unhelpful, very disappointed.

I needed a key duplicated. They charged me £8. That's a rip off. I won't go there anymore. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and had no choice but pay that price, but there is a place in West Didsbury charging £5 per key duplicate which is definitely more reasonable.
