Extremely pleased with the service we receive from the NFU at Great Tey. Vicki is absolutely brilliant when it comes to helping us with our horse insurance and goes out of her way when it comes to customer service. Nothing is too much! Thoroughly recommend the NFU. Paying out on a claim is certainly not a problem. Brilliant! LD

We have all our property and insurances with NFU, we have had to claim on the travel insurance and settled with 4 days. Damaged a diamond ring and the diamond was replaced without a problem. If you want to know you are insured without hidden loop holes NFU is the company to use

We recently transferred our home insurance to NFU via the Mark Teys office. The service was excellent and Sam couldn't have done better. We shall be moving our car insurance as soon as the current version closes. A big thank you to Sam for all his efforts to complete our new insurance in very short time to complete our insurance change.
