Friendly knowledgeable courteous reception staff. Dentist and dental nurse reassuring to an anxious patient. Clear explanation of work required and why. Very busy but still gave the time needed.

Generally the service has been good. Concerns relate to the amount of time I had to wait for an appointment given the lack of dentists within the practice. The dentist that I saw today was a locum, in place temporarily. However, the dentist was competent and helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolute rubbish for NHS patients , I haven't been able to get an appointment for years now , I've had to go private elsewhere . Since Covid it's gone dramasticly downhill , I needed an appointment last year when I was pregnant for a general check up couldn't get one , I rang them in July this year, they told me no appointments until September, I've rang in September and now they are saying not until January! It's a shambles

I had a good experience the dentist I think her name is Meena was very gentle and I appreciated that as my teeth are very sensitive.The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent experience attending an emergency appointment. Mr Costa was extremely thorough in explaining the results of my xray & very pleasant. The result was that an extraction was indicated. I would recommend for anyone to see Mr Costa.

Staff were friendly enough and dentist was nice but no appointments moving forward which is really frustrating as i have waited a long time for this appointment.

I have always had a good experience with the dentists and staff here. They are helpful and polite. Due to gum problems, I have to spend quite a lot of time at the dentist and find that the staff are always kind and accommodating.
