Have been here a few times now and the genuine friendliness and vast knowledge has me convinced !! I have a dog with lots of allergies and the patience and service provided helped me in very big decisions that have been expertly explained and implemented. The depth of dog food knowledge and that absolutely genuine concern in getting it right is really different to most other stores with cut and paste information. If you are ever at odds with your dogs diet then this is the place to go. All staff are lovely and happy to chat and explain things. A great range of treats and ice cream too !!. I’m eying up the grooming salon as well as that looks really good too.

Absolutely amazing customer service. We got a fish tank from here and needed a new filter, I think it may have been James? Anyway whoever it was really helpful in advising but also went out of his way to help me set this up where I got in a muddle. Our fish are much happier and our tank is much cleaner; thank you so much!!We also get our Guinea pig nails clipped here and they were lovely too :-)

The staff go above and beyond to help me. They have carried my bags to my car when I've developed a trapped nerve in my shoulder and been understanding when I've forgotten my payment card. Their products are competitively priced and 4* quality.

The staff in Mutt & Co were amazing in advising me about the looking after my new puppy, including feeding advice. They were friendly and gave me as much time as I needed. They gave me sensible advice about the things I needed to buy and did not try to sell me things which they knew I didn’t need at the moment. They offer a really personal service and I am now using them as my regular pet shop.

Such a wonderful independent pet shop! The staff are very friendly and so knowledgeable about the products they stock. Our cats loved the Nature's Menu and Canegan. A really lovely discovery!

We've just been into Mutt & Co for our dog to have a groom. The ladies were fabulously friendly and loving to our dog, who was very excited to be there and they were all wonderful with her! Amazing groom, she smells lovely, feels even better and no shedding hairs! Excellent advice given to us on everything we asked, from food to harnesses. Nothing was too much trouble le and we've already booked to go back plus visits to the store planned. Cannot fault this wonderful business!

The standard of the store is immaculate and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly! They have a superb range of high quality foods, treats & accessories too. The team put my dog on Canagan and she’s absolutely thriving now. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the Norwich area!

The best pet shop ever!! My dog loves Mutt&Co and all of the natural treats and they are so good for him. Such a wide selection of toys, dog accessories as well as small animal and cat supplies. So hard to go in without buying loads as they have so many good items. So reasonably priced too and the staff are so friendly and so knowledgable. I would go to Mutt&Co over any other pet store any day & I would recommend it to anyone!

I think it’s the best pet shop in Norwich. The staff are really friendly and welcoming so that my dog enjoys going there. My dog will not allow me to cut his claws but he’s more than happy to have it done there. Plus there’s a great selection of lovely products including many items I’ve not seen elsewhere that would be excellent gift ideas.
