This company have served my family on various occasions. They are highly professional and extremely helpful. The last time I personally used them was for my Mum last July 2018. They showed the utmost respect at all times, gave me courage to actually get up and speak at Her funeral (and I am phobic about funerals). I will continue to use this company and have instructed my children to go to them when my time comes. I cannot thank or praise them enough.Mrs Gill Powell.

I cannot give West and Co enough praise for the way they dealt with my mums funeral in August.Everything was sympathetically explained in a very professional but delicate way.My daughter who was so upset at losing her Nan,but nevertheless wanted to see her for one last time,was helped through her visit by the wonderful Val.Well done from a very grateful family.

I cannot thank Ross and the team for everything they did for my mums funeral. They are caring, compassionate and friendly. My niece wanted to go and do my mums hair and nails for the last time and Ross was there for her if she needed him. They also conducted my dads funeral in 2019 and I just cannot praise them enough for the care they took of both my mum and dad, thank you so much.

Respectful, caring, friendly and helpful from the start of our sad journey to the day of the funeral.Ross was present from day 1, when my brother passed. His kindness and warmth helped my parents n I like he will never know.
