Didnt get pizza when delivered rang up to complain manager argue with me for like 20 after agree to resend pizza and i am still waiting for refund . Have rang a lot of times everytime the manager is not there and he saying hes not refunding . I would give this no stars if i could . This happen on 27th may 2022. Beyond a joke .will never order again. Will tell everyone. Awful service

Waited over 2 and a half hours for an order that said it would take between 50-60 mins on just eat. Tried ringing through and didn’t manage to get through until an hour and a half after my order. When ringing and speaking to the gentleman on the phone he offered no refund in any form or any discount if I returned.Awful service will not be returning.

Waste of time. ETA for delivery was 30-50 mins. Got to 55 mins and no alert to say food was on way. pressed request update and the shop cancelled the order for not having it in stock. It was a chicken tikka masala. Had to re order of someone else and wait longer. Avoid disappointment and just order from somewhere else

Ordered a take away aloud the waiting time of 45 mins which was said. 2 mins to the time it was meant to arrive I get a phone call, expecting that was them saying there was outside. They weren't outside they said they couldn't deliver my food as there had been a water leakage! After me asking how this has happened he was very rude to me and even put the phone down on me! What baffles me the most is I ordered a kebab meat and chips and a chicken burger, I work in hospitality myself and I know it wouldn't take anywhere near that time never mind 45 minutes! Use to order alot from you but wont bother myself now I'll give my money to business that need it and that are not rude to their customers!

Great people and excellent food. It was down the street from where we had rented a house, we ordered from them nearly everyday. Food was consistently good.

Only reason I’m giving a 3 star is because eventually the did rectify the issues but I wouldn’t recommend to friends. Placed my order said it would be with me by 6 o’clock. 10 past came and I thought I’ll make allowance it’s only 10 minutes. But half 6 it arrived so that’s a 1hr 15 min wait for a pizza and a few sides. Yeah alright things happen. Not the end of the world. Open up my pizza and it’s a cheese and tomato. Not what I ordered. So I ring them up, and to be fair they were really polite and said they’d send the right one out straight away as they’ve got a delivery to the area going out shortly. Awesome. 45 min later, nothing. So I ring them up again, they apologised and said it’s just been cooked it’ll be with you in 15 min. 25 minutes later I finally got the pizza that I’d ordered.The food in general wasn’t too bad in fairness but there are other places I’d choose over this place in future.I will say how polite they were on the phone though so at-least that’s a positive.

Chicken was raw .salad was old and off .kebab was rock hard wrong sauces on kebabs spent £30 on a treat for a special occasion and couldn't eat any of it. Made a complaint manager was horrible nasty and rude . Absolutely worse customer service experience I've ever had. And no refund .
