Bespoke Dental (Formerly Gentle Dental Care)
I had to be seen as an emergency appointment and ended up needing a root canal. It was difficult to find someone who would see me but this dental practice accepted me. I would like to specifically thank Dr Brenda and the team as my treatment was thorough and painless. I am now pain free and feel much better. Bespoke Dental (Formerly Gentle Dental Care)
I’m a very nervous patient and was directed here after horrendous toothache. I got an appointment next day and saw Brenda who was kind, understanding and patient. After my initial ’meltdown’ I felt confident enough to return the next week to have an extraction. Again, Brenda explained what was happening and made me feel calm. The tooth was extracted rapidly and efficiently without any pain. Thank you to Brenda and the young man assisting, for a stress free experience.

I have been a patient on Denplan at the Practice for many year and the treatment I have received over the years has been exemplary and the Reception staff are excellent. Alexander my hygienist always goes out of his way to explain how best to maintain and improve my Dental hygiene. Raffaele my dentist goes out of his way to explain what he is doing and makes you feel at ease if your are a nervous patient. Well deserved all round of a 5 star rating

Lovely team, very gentle with me and would highly recommend. From the reception team, dental nurses, hygienist and dentists. Thank youI was frightened to go after having a traumatic accident years ago which involved damage to my face, Brenda was very reassuring and gentle. I was referred to bespoke dental After calling 111 with a dental emergency and I can not express how happy I am with the service I received from Dr Brenda and the team. all members of staff are incredibly friendly and have gone above and beyond buy not just resolving my dental emergency but improving my overall dental health. If bespoke dental did not except emergency NHS patients, I don't believe I could have found a better service anywhere else, and i will continue to be a customer in the future

I've just had my first visit to Bespoke Dental. Over the years, I have been to my fair share of dentists for various normal procedures and none has even been close to the standard I've just experienced. Thorough, thoughtful, highly-skilled, professional, and friendly. I didn't know that such a high standard existed! I came up from the south coast to try Bespoke on a recommendation and I'm very happy to say it's one of my best ever decisions!

Urgent appointment for a chipped tooth - staff were so helpful on reception in getting me booked in as quickly as possible. Rebecca and her assistant (I’m so sorry I have forgotten your name but I haven’t forgotten you) were so kind and caring to someone who is really stressed and worried about dental appointments. Your care and understanding was so important to me and the fact you could find a treatment for me that got my tooth repaired with absolutely no pain was amazing. I can’t recommend you both enough - thank you ladies, you have no idea how much your patience and understanding helped.
