Would give it 6 stars if I could. Food is just so delicious. Service is great, so fun and friendly. The staff are just beyond handsome, wish they were on the menu. Will definitely be back for more.

The food is good, boss is friendly and the environment is comfy; however, there’s one crucial reason that would make us avoid to visit the restaurant again - The customer service of two staffs is really unpleasant and unprofessional. They made the customers feel like you are not welcomed to come at all and you’re disturbing them talking to each others. When we asked for something, their expression and reaction were rude and it seems liked you shouldn’t bother them. If Google allows ‘zero’ star for service, I wouldn’t hesitate to rate it as zero.This is our worst customer service experience in recent years. I’m not exaggerating at all and I’ve checked the other people comments that some of them also complained about their customer service. It’s quite a shame that a restaurant with good food and friendly boss is significantly impacted by loose management of staffs.I strongly recommend the friendly and kind boss would need to seriously consider to conduct a comprehensive training and guidance to her staffs about customer service and table serving for their cuisine/dishes going forward - or directly replace the staffs and hire more capable and friendly staffs.

Poor food, poor service, poor customers.My reply to your reply: my review was my honest opinion of your restaurant".I also add that I appreciate that you are unhappy about the awful state of your "restaurant" but if you serve poor quality food by poor quality staff then you must suffer poor reviews.Having read other reviews you do also appear to be unhinged."

Have meant to try this place forever and finally did. Freezing cold in London today but the amazing food worked perfectly to counteract the cold. Beautiful broth and dumplings. Everything homemade. A true gem.

Convinced this is the best Asian food in NW London! Often times I either have to choose Japanese if I want dumplings or Chinese if I want Chinese food but The Dumpling House offers all of it! We went for the first time based on the high quality google reviews and we weren’t disappointed! The dumplings were perfectly flavoured and crispy! We had their famous beef dish (no. 50) and the Korean chicken, everything was 10/10. The owner/chef also comes out from time to time to chat to her regulars and to see how you enjoyed your meal, she went on to say how she folds 500 dumplings in the morning! I can see why as they’re so delicious! After our first visit this has easily become our favourite Asian food place and we can’t wait to return and try out more items on the menu!

If I’m honest, I’m quite disappointed.I have been meaning to go for a while and try the food as I’ve heard good things & the reviews are quite flattering.However, I have to say I wasn’t satisfied and left feeling like I need to eat more elsewhere.The dumplings,which I really wanted to try with the shop being called dumpling house, Were lacklustre, maybe in the bottom 5 places I’ve had dumplings at.Had Korean duck and rice which looked nothing like the pictures on the reviews, little chopped up pieces, seemed more like mince.The wings were pretty small for the price, more would’ve made it seem less like I was being ripped off.Even with the Katsu curry, the rice was soggy and only a bit of curry sauce was provided. This essentially left it as eating soggy rice and chicken with a tad bit of sauce to save it.The only redeeming factor was decent service.From the reviews, maybe I’ve just gone on a bad day but I probably won’t go back to find out.

We love Jin and her wonderful dumplings and soldier soup … the best we have ever had and the welcome and warm chats are always entertaining… our favourite local!!

Wow, what a great find this restaurant was! The dumplings are homemade and out of this world!Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff and made me feel very welcome. The food was delicious and too good to share!I recommend the prawn dumplings.
