The Bay Hair

I decided to go to the Bay Hair from the reviews and I was NOT disappointed!! My hair was cut by the lovely Jordan, who I cannot recommend enough. She was great to chat to and answered my questions about the write style to go for with my hair type. I've left the salon so happy with my time and really recommend going! It was clean and had a lovely atmosphere! Thank you Jordan :)

I've been with Jordan at The Bay Hair for a while. My visit has always been a positive and reassuring experience thanks to her. She is a considerate and understanding conversationalist who always brings me smiles. My hair has been very well taken care of.

Jordan was so accommodating and lovely. She gave me exactly what I asked for and wanted. The colour was spot on and an overall really enjoyable experience, would recommend to anyone!!

I recently had my hair done with Jordan who did a really good job of making it bright and blonde. She managed to do exactly what I wanted which is not always easy with a darker root and made my experience pleasant. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she’s patient and really good at what she does. This is the happiest I’ve been with my hair since getting highlights!!! She also cut my hair perfectly and recommended some really good products to keep it healthy.

Today I visited Jordan for a wash cut and blow dry, she listened to what I wanted and done my hair beautifully and will be coming back next month! 100% recommend !

Both myself and my daughter as new clients are extremely happy with our colours and the salon is friendly , professional and clean. We look forward to seeing the team again.

sadly i was disappointed, the lady doing my nails used hard gel which is only meant for acrylics. This caused major damage to my nails, making them weak and frail. Not only this, but they burnt, and my 12 year old sister was put through the same awful experience. Before writing a public review, i tried to call the salon multiple times on multiple occasions to make them aware of the issue, however i received no call back - showing their poor lack of client consideration and service. After visiting an experienced nail salon, they made me aware of how both me and my sister would have ended up with basically no nails had we made further visits to the bay nail technicians. I only wish i could leave a more positive review, as i love to support local businesses.

Had nail extensions and design with Andrea - she was absolutely lovely, asked what I wanted and planned the design with me. They look beautiful and she looked after my nails very well. 100% recommend :-)
