Absolutely amazing experience with Marc (with a c) at Eden today. Felt incredibly at ease almost immediately. Well recommended for anyone with an interest in flight

Had the best experience today thanks to Marc, this has been on my bucket list for a very long time. We done the dam buster experience flying over high force and Barnard castle. Marc pointed out some amazing places and truly made my year.

I have been working through my PPL for approx 1 year now, and Eden have been amazing in supporting me with my ambition while I am also at Uni.The instructor team are very approachable and always willing to provide help and insight on and off the ground, but in my experience of flying with David, every effort is made to help me understand and develop.Lynn and the team have been amazing with my bookings despite my limited availability and adjusting such as when the weather is challenging (An appreciation of weather comes with the territory!)Eden FT is the place to go if your considering Flight Training or experience flights at Teesside!

Had the pleasure of spending some time in the air with pilot Marc and two family members today. It was a brilliant experience from the minute he greeted us to the minute we left. We took the plane out over Redcar to the coast and along to Whitby coming back via Captain Cook and Roseberry Topping. Views were stunning, Plenty of guidance and opportunity to take control and Marc was great at pointing out top photo opportunities whilst making sure everyone on board got a great view! All three of us were so impressed we are all already looking to book to come back. Thank you Eden and thank you Marc!!

Great being up in the air. Awful company to do business with. Poor customer interface, specifically, they blame the customer for administrator mistakes, and don't apologise for causing customers to have to wait around. The website and information sent to the customer don't match what happens in practice insofar as the safety drill is concerned. Simply does not happen but information still says to arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking. Got what I wanted flying, thoroughly enjoyable experience. No pleasure dealing with the company however.

Fantastic school with extremely knowledgable and friendly instructors.Don’t feel afraid to approach them as a total novice, they will really look after you.

DONT USE EDEN!!!I have now been waiting over 3 months for my refund that Eden agreed to as I could no longer take my lessons due to ill health but also struggled to get flights anyway. Started small claims that Eden didn't respond to and still awaiting payment.Horrible company, take your money then don't contact again. I'm owed over £3500 and have been blocked by Mark lee (owner) on his whattsapp number. CCJ is now in place and Eden has been ordered to pay.I took this review off here last week as Mark agreed to pay me if I took down my review. Obviously he has not payed me and has no intentions. Please don’t use this company as it’s basically just a scam. Read other reviews on here and trust pilot about people buying package deals or vouchers, lots of people aren’t able to get a flight after they have paid. HORRIBLE PEOPLE

Absolutely avoid this flight school if you intend taking lessons with them. You will find it nigh on impossible to book lessons and if you have money in the account they set up for you, you’ve got no hope of getting it back if you ask for that money to be repaid. Absolutely disgraceful the way they operate

Just back off a trial 1 hour flight in their Piper Warrior and was well looked after.Staff Lynn and Anne in the lead up and on arrival we’re really helpful and friendly.My instructor Martin was brilliant, his knowledge and guidance was fantastic as I had the opportunity to take the controls flying to Whitby and back.As I came back in, their other instructor was really friendly too.Thanks Eden for a great experience!
