Luke Mannion is a gifted Martial Artist and a renowned Teacher of various arts. He has many years of experience in the arts but more importantly he has very real life experience from his various deployments with the Paras. After my 34 years in the arts very few people impress me to be honest, Luke is the real deal - no question!

My 7 year old daughter loves Steve and his classes, its reaching her respect and self defense which in the world we are living in is essential. Steve really connects with the students and is a great teacher.

I trained both muay thai and Brazilian jujitsu here. The club is very welcoming and friendly with no large egos. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the club and learned a lot.
