Have been using this service for more than 20 years now. Consistently reliable & high quality cleaning. Cleaners have always been pleasant & trustworthy. I can definitely recommend

I've received excellent service throughout -from the time of enrolling with them and to this day and every day they have been a fantastic, highly professional cleaning service. They have very good communication -which is very important and are very flexible to our needs. Very happy with their service - high recommended.

The cleaner forgot to turn the iron off and nearly burnt down my flat! The response of the management was terrible. After nearly 2 months’ delay, they just refunded the cleaner's wage for the last hour (plus the electricity bill of £20, as the iron was left on ALL DAY), but they still took their agency fee. It is not very clear on the website but the standard service does not have ANY insurance. Again, it does not say on the website but even the deluxe service insurance has a limit of £1m. The website and the customer service are full of lies and I would urge anyone to avoid this cleaning company.

I've used four house cleaners in London so far, and this was the only clean that was up to my (admittedly very high) standards. Not only did my house get cleaned thoroughly (not an easy task given I have a dog who gets hair EVERYWHERE), things that I hadn't bothered to put away in reasonable places were tidied up, clothes that needed to be folded were folded, dishes were put away and the dishwasher run, all the garbage was taken out, she knew how to take care of my floors without me telling her (we have unsealed floors that cannot get wet without staining), she was able to interact with my dog without me needing to be there, and she was on-time!!They are on the more expensive side of cleaners in London, but you get what you pay for and I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for a high quality job.
