If I could give 0 stars I would. Please stay far away from this place, especially if you’re looking for a print. They didn’t clearly state the price of the print beforehand and the price of only one print is £2.90!!! Such a theft!! I usually pay 20p for a print and the maximum I’ve ever paid is £1 but almost £3 is absolutely unacceptable!! And they should clearly state upfront the price, the girl working there just whispered that it would be 20 to 80p depending on if it’s color or black and white!! STAY FAR AWAY!!

Last time I checked charging 2.50 service charge to send an email to print one page was not considered normal.

Great staff, really helpful. Some customers really need to learn some manners and not treat retail workers as if they are lesser than. My DHL experience was really good - will definitely be using again

Really lovely service from staff and they always tell you super deals they have and when I bought some things I had a item that was on offer which I didn’t know about and was able to get a free item.Thank you all for being honest and for a good service

For all your stationery needs it's a one stop shop. Helpful staff too.

Really nice staff, all are very knowledgable on products and have helped me on many occasions. The shop can be busy often which can be abit of a wait sometimes but I think they manage it very well. No reason for anything less than 5 stars from their behalf

I love Rymans. Always some good deals and pretty much anything you need stationary wise, they have it. I always feel inspired when I walk around the shop. Why don't you have a look!

Highly tense and seemingly prejudice senior staff member who came to a false conclusion of my son and I (who where innocently sorting out the misplaced pens). She spoke so rudely to me in front of other customers and encouraged one particular female customer to start a barrage of insults at my children and my parenting. The female staff member that day (*Tuesday 22nd August), stood by and allowed the female customer to display unwelcome behaviour who even went to the extent of threatening to report me to her company! The senior female staff stood by watching, not attending to other customers in her store and did not intervene. I was forced to leave the store as a result the customer's incesant, irrational ranting and her repeated advise that I should be reported for my children touching pens! Pens that we did not open but in-fact were tidying - for the tense senior staff member who had jumped to a ramdom conclusion.I found it disturbing that the senior female staff would look on; thus condoning the customers intrusive and disrespectful behaviour towards me. I will shop for back-to-school items elsewhere from now. I believe that was the message I was to receive from my visit to the store at St. Annes Harrow-on-the-Hill. Even my children commented that they don't wish to go there anymore after that display. And we have visited other warm family-friendly Rhyman stores (we were not local but visiting from up North). If this review initiates improvement of the store's costumer experience, awareness and respect; then my absence in that store has future benefit to all. Wishing the store well in sharpening customer experience.

Good shop for getting what you need in terms of stationary as there is a vast selection of pens and equipment for schools and offices.My only downside is the pricing (especially buying pens separately and not packs), but that compensates for the fact that you can try the pens out before making a purchase.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Exceedingly rude, unhelpful staff with little to no customer service acumen. Avoid this place at all costs.
