Lee collected our car (NK15 YTT) on the morning of 24/11/23. He had previously phoned in plenty of time so we knew he was coming. Lee was very polite and professional explaining everything he was doing and how to watch the progress of the repair online.The car was first of all estimated completion on 04/12/23. But after I phoned direct line on this day to find out if the car was ready? I was told that the garage was still awaiting parts and a new date of 06/12/23 was predicted.It would have been nice if the garage had informed me when they knew that the predicted date would have to be changed rather than me phoning to find out.The car was completed on this new date, and delivered by Steve to our house on 09/12/23.Steve was every bit as polite and professional as Lee had been. He also had phoned ahead so we knew he was coming.He explained everything asked if we had any questions, and confirmed that we were happy with the repairs.We are very pleased with the results. Thank you.

The car was picket up and repaired in just 18 days they told me wot was going on all the way and when they returned steve bevan showed me round and was such a nice chap I would recommend this centre all day every day

My car was repaired by DLG Auto-services over the last couple of weeks after an accident. It was repaired to a very high standard and was cleaned thoroughly, so it looked brand new! The team in workshop team and the team in reception were super friendly and helpful. Only thing that I would have liked was a few more updates on the repair status. Overall, great service!

My car was collected from a location of my choosing and returned to my home address. Constant updates regarding at what stage the repair of my vehicle was at. Customer Service was off the chart dealing with any queries to a high standard. The overall completion of works is beyond recognition and makes my car look brand new.
