Lol menu states over 12 flavours of ice cream" look at my pictures. Barely twwo and half flavours. The ice cream look. Months if not a year old and scraped to. The bottom. Hardly "fresh" like they claim. We waiting for over 20 mins with not even a look from the staff in our direction. We asked if we can order and all we get is "1 min bro" we waited another 15/20 mins and decided to leave as they were not clearly bothered about us. Disgusting customer service. And it wasn't even that busy. Grown men struggling with a few milkshakes.. This place does not even deserve to be open.. Cash only too which is a thumbs down."

I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, largely due to my love for their milkshakes.Unfortunately, I've had consistently frustrating experiences with their online ordering system. Orders take over 2 hours to arrive, and getting in touch via phone is nearly impossible.Moreover, my orders have often arrived with the wrong flavour. Even a face-to-face visit last time was a lengthy affair. The poor customer service has left me extremely disappointed.Despite my affection for their milkshakes, the ongoing issues have led me to reconsider. I ordered today at 9:09 pm and at the time of the review, it’s currently 11:29 pm and no one answers the phone and still no milkshake.Update next day morning 6:42 am: no one came to deliver the food… but the money was taken from my bank account!

The only thing good About this 1/4 grilled meal is the lemonThe interior is fine, Customer service is good and i got my food in less than 10 minutes.However, the food was so bland and tasteless. Disappointed with the food.

I went just before the closing time therefore there were no toppings left however, I enjoyed the fresh waffles here. I also wanted to get cookie dough but this was also out of stock. They have seating and the shop is clean and well kept and the service was good too. They also accept card here so that makes it more convenient. Sadly it is on a busy main road therefore parking can be an issue. Overall I would recommend (just not before closing).
