From start to finish I had the best garage experience I could have asked for.Called up got my quote booked in job done. Ian and the lads are doing a great job and they did a great job on my Audi A6 lemans CAM-BELT water pump and tensioner. He has gained me as a new customer because they are reasonably priced and use high grade parts. I will not be using any other garage from now on thanks again lads TOP SHOW PROFESSIONAL

What a team.My T6 California was struggling along in ‘limp mode’ in June and VW main dealers told me they couldn’t look at it until the end of August. Ian and Darren had me back on the road in the time it took the parts to arrive. I’ve just had a month camping around the Pennines driving like a dream! Bergerac in France next month to max out the summer VW said I couldn’t have. Needless to say - this very happy camper will not be seeing the inside of a VW workshop ever again. Mersey Tuning all the way from here on in.

I can't recommend Ian and Darren enough. Assisted me with an ongoing turbo related issue I'd been having on my T5 Transporter. Approached Mersey Tuning on recommendation around a remap initially but Ian was quick to confirm that a remap was not the right thing to do. Always happy to explain, taking a considered and clearly experienced approach, bench testing and taking readings to identify issues rather than just 'try a new part' approach and my van is like a new vehicle! Look forward to maintaining my vehicle with Ian and Darren into the future!

Popped in because of a problem with my automatic transmission (VW's DSG) and even though they couldn't help, they kindly took ten minutes of their time to try and understand the issue and eventually directed me to someone in the area who usually deals with this specific component. From experience others would have just said sorry

Best garage experience I've ever had. Ian and his team know what they're doing and will take their time to go over what exactly needs doing and why, taking time to answer any questions.Undertook work diagnosing and fixing a turbo fault with my Seat Ibiza and fixed it for a fraction of the cost that taking it to a dealership would result in, who would have simply have me shell out for a whole new system. The car has never felt better

Excellent service from start to finish on two recent visits to Merseyside tuning.First for annual service on my mk1 Seat Leon Cupra R and fitted newly refurbished Brembo callipers.Second visit for timing belt and water pump kit.Very knowledgeable staff and both times took time to explain work carried out and anything to keep an eye on in the future.Will definitely be using again and can highly recommend them.

I enquired about a Stage 1 Remap for my Mazda CX3 Sport, and was informed that the potential gains would be minimal, and due to my vehicle ECU, could result in costly repairs should their be any issues. I had previously spoken to a few other companies who offer the same service - not one of them provided this information. Due to the honesty and advice from Mersey Tuning ,I will not be going ahead with the Remap, obviously saving myself a few hundred pounds. I would without any hesitation, use their services in the future. Fantastic customer service! Thank you.
