Premier Inn Luton South (M1, J9) hotel
There was traffic on the M1 and the nearest service was 10 mile away. However due to traffic it was showing that it would take 30 minutes to get there. I was desperate for the loo (medical issue) so decided to stop here and ask one of the ladies if I could use the toilet in which she kindly let me. However, upon exiting the karen at the desk shouted You know this isn't a public toilet"

Spent a couple of nights here whilst we tripped down memory lane as we used to live in Hemel Hempstead and spent lots of weekends at Whipsnade Zoo. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff that saw us in and took our money for breakfast were the best. Thanks very much. The only slight downside was the proximity to the A5 and the buildings own outside lighting that illuminated our room. I would still book again though. Oh and it suffered the usual Premier Inn issues of doors banging throughout the whole building but I think that's more to do with the inconsideration of the other customers.

What a fab team of staff you have!! The lady on reception 07/12/23 at around 8.30pm really helped me out after a long flight with a heavy cold and the lady on breakfasts the next morning was super efficient but also great fun. The rooms are very clean and comfy, could do with a bit of updating but perfectly fine.

Crikey, very very tired Premier Inn. The location is good for Luton airport, which is why we were stopping here for one night. Car park is slightly confusing, poorly marked out and you need to put your registration in to avoid a ticket. Room wasn’t clean and it was so tired, particularly the bathroom. I know Premier Inn are good value, but they seem to of gone downhill with more of them now feeling ‘you get what you pay for’

The location is handy for Luton airport and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is run down and tired. We've stayed a handful of times over the last few years when flying from Luton, and the standard of the hotel is steadily going downhill.The room itself was a decent size, but the pillows were rock hard and the heating was poor. The bathroom is old, dated and scruffy and needs a complete refurb.Unfortunately, we wouldn't stay again

Premier Inn Luton South (M1, J9) hotel
I stayed in the Premier Inn Luton South last weekend. Was worken up by the sound of dripping water. At first I thought I have left the basin on or the shower on. I didn't. Water was leaking from the ceiling. Because I didn't report the incident at the time (late Saturday evening/early Sunday morning), I won't receive a refund. Don't expect water to leak.
