This is my local McDonalds for the past year now. In every single time I've visited, NOT ONCE have they gotten the order correct. At this point I expect it to be wrong every single time, to the point where ai'm in disbelief if they ever get it right (happened once, and it was only chicken selects). The service is slow, the meal is always wrong and the coffee tastes terrible. I recommend you don't visit this McDonalds!

Wait times are miserable you get parked up most times. staff are friendly and do there best its just down to management or under staffed could be streamlined alot better in my opinion food is hit or miss too.

We went for lunch. I placed my order, stood in a queue and waited and waited. Then, I discovered my son was in the queue further down the shop. To cut a long story short, he and lots of other folk got their orders before me. Although my order number was alot earlier than theirs. Ask a lady (who turned out to be the manager) where was my food. I'd been waiting 20mins! She said there were several new starts who had got orders wrong etc...she did apologise and offered me free ice cream which I refused. Not a great lunchtime service and a great amount of binned food from giving incorrect orders to customers. Mc D's Abbey Centre needs to do a lot better.

Everytime i order something from here like a milkshake or even a big mac something is ALWAYS missing from my order i rarely get a order that is correct absolutely terrible preparation skills and cant do anything right

Girl at payment window although training didn't even see my car pull up had to beep the horn for attention and they always make you park in a bay even tho there's no one behind you and with the order being small. Just to slow food arrived burnt and 2 minutes after being moved to waiting bay. What's the point

Sick and tired of paying through the nose for delivery but arrives with missing items. What good is white coffee without milk? Dry pancakes without syrup? Pancakes without sausages? Less than 9 mcnuggests? I believe I've paid for these. £14 is no small amount of cash for lazy service. Happens 99% of any orders placed. You wouldn't go to a restaurant and be happy with items missing. I'm going to actively find other places to eat.

Had my son birthday party. The women i' customer service manager. Made us feel welcomed. Services was brilliant and all around 4 stars.
