Great service from the Marks. Very patient with us. Came out and measured up a number of times and spoke about options. Mark made sure that we took several samples home and kept them for a prolonged period of time to ensure that we made the right decision.We had a problem with our concrete slab which lifted the DPM and had an expert come out and inspect it. All repaired and prepped ready for the LVT. Nick fitted the LVT with the border and trim adding complexity. Extra features were added around the island which we hadn't thought of which makes it look even better. Crossover between wood effect and slate effect is seemless. There was one piece that lifted but we contacted Mark and it was repaired within a week. Quality thresholds fitted to the hall and living area delighted with the whole process. After a poor experience from the people who built our house extension, leaving the floor in a uneven mess. We were directed to Empire Flooring through a recommendation from a friend.Wow is all I can say about Mark and the Team at Empire flooring. Who not only alleviated our anxiety that they could rectify the floor. But also guided our choice of flooring, patiently answering our questions as we changed our minds multiple times before making our final decision.I think the pictures speak for themselves, but the work Tony carried out is of a superb standard, and we are over the moon with the finish.Thanks Empire Flooring, 5 stars isn't enough.

Just moved into our new home and was very particular in the product and fit I wanted for the flooring. My husband and I went to Empire Flooring in Rainhill and were met by Mark the owner. He pointed us in the direction of the floors we wanted and then left us with a coffee to have a look through all the different options. Mark was kn hand for any questions we had with regards to the products he sells. I asked for a price for Amtico Nordic Oak all downstairs, Cormar Carpet on stairs, landing and two bedrooms and laminate flooring to out third bedroom. The price he gave was extremely competitive so we booked Empire to complete the work. As our house is a new build the floors required some prep work before the Amtico was fitted. (This was included in the price, no hidden extras) Tony who fitted the Amtico and laminate was amazing and such a perfectionist. Ste who fitted our carpet done a great job, even fitting an off cut in our cupboard (not included).Can't recommend this company enough, very professional and helpful from start to finish, will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent service from Empire Flooring with the very best standard of finish.I had no idea how much work was involved in laying my new Amtico floor in a small annexe that I’ve created for my elderly father.The two Marks and Tony the fitter were superb. Visited Empire Floorings amazing showroom with the wife. After pretty much deciding what she wanted beforehand she still had to touch every carpet sample on display.Eventually the wife chose a carpet for our stairs and landing.Now the easy bit, we booked a fitting time to suit us and the fitter arrived on time he was very friendly and clean removing all the rubbish. We are very happy with our carpet and would not hesitate to recommend Empire Flooring to any of our friends.
