If you need a place to meet up with friends or you just need to know what time it is then The Bangor Clock or Little Ben as its known locally is for you, it was once famously visited by Elvis Presley in 1968, he observed Muscular sinews of the local men drinking and corousing around the clock and this was his inspiration for the song hound dog""

It's got nice architecture plus lots of history although I found it difficult to find out anything about it. Try the local library down by the main bus station. They are very helpful and eager to inform you of it's history.

Land mark of Bangor..! Ideal meeting place especially for those who are new to this town..Lloyds bank is located near to this..Stayed in Bangor during 2008..Good to recollect the old memories 10 years down the road..
