The store on Monday 4th wasn't to busy and queue was long but went down quickly, but saying that it was probably only approx 3min min wait. Covid restrictions in place its just stupid people at times.Friendly Staff.

Car parks a bit dodgy. Small entrance and exit. Cash machine free. Good choice of beers and foods. But always seems a que.

Three members of staff. One member of staff on a break .One member of staff exempt from wearing a mask. So two members of staff on the shop floor. At least 15 customers in the shop queuing. No social distancing whatsoever. No security guard. No wonder the virus is spreading so fast

Central Co-op Food - Shard End
As much as I like shopping there and they are quite helpful, the car park is a nightmare. It is so uneven and forever tripping over the uneven brickwork. My father is 89 years old and tripped up and fell on his hip that was replaced earlier, luckily he is ok but was really shaken up. Please please get this sorted it is getting worse. Thank you Dawn Bottrell.

I went there to by a pack of chocolates when the lable said 1 pound, when i got to the till the person tells me that it was 1.50 which i didnt hve. I told them it said 1 pound and they said it was all wrong and i need to be quiet. After that when i got a different pack for a pound and go to the till, she goes and tells me to go and queue up again in some massive line over some chocolate when im running late.Sometimes though some workers are really nice.

It OK. Just like any other supermarket. Staff seemed nice.Some prices are just simply too high.Plants were all dead and disappointing. All they need is a bit of water.Need to stick value items.
