Bought a rise gold necklace. N2 days later they said that they were out of stock and refunded. When I went to the site I found that the necklace was still on sale but £60 more expensive. When I contacted them they made up some story about having no online stock which I don't believe. I would not buy from them again. Untrustworthy

I would highly recommend Hello of Mayfair. I bought a Christmas hamper and each and every item felt like it had been handpicked for me. It was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Their customer service was top notch too

I ordered a train shaped bird box and I was so pleased. It was beautifully made with good quality wood, they had followed me request and personalised it. The paint job was remarkable with very vibrant colours, my dad was really pleased with his birthday gift.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! We bought some luxury wallpaper for my son’s bedroom back in March 21. I chased them for updates over April and May but nothing arrived. There is no email address for customer services only a web form and they ignored all 4 messages. I couldn’t believe it really, never had such shocking customer service. In the end my credit card company had to step in. Don’t shop here! but if you’re stupid enough to, pay on your credit card

Ordered a chocolate pipe from Hello of Mayfair and was not disappointed.There was initially a small hiccup with the order, but customer service was excellent and the issue fully and quickly resolved.Would definitely use this company again.Cheers.
