Mamas & Papas Belfast Victoria

Visited the store recently and after browsing for a short while we were approached by Orla to ask if she could assist. We were talked through the products on offer and in particular those we needed most. So much time was taken with us and we valued her opinion on the options available, in particular the car seats on offer. Although we did not have an appointment, at no time did Orla make us feel we were being rushed. Thank you so much for your time and knowledge Orla. It was very much appreciated by my daughter and me. Made a refreshing change from other stores that just wanted to sell items - whether we needed them or not. Every store should have someone like Orla.

Google, the website AND the sign at the store (!) says it closes at 9pm on Fridays, yet they closed it at 6. The employees were still there and just said they closed at 6 and not at 9 and acted surprised when I pointed out the sign said something different.I’m never buying anything here again, there’s always some sort of problem with this store.

Visited a week ago and had a bad experience. When I asked for a bundle price the sales assistant wouldn't do it for me and made me pay for a higher price. Went to their website and wrote down my experience but no one has been contacted me. Wouldn't recommend to any of my family and friends

We had a great experience in the store. Orla could not have done more for us and was incredibly kind and helpful. We'll be back.

I visited the store today and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. They showed me to a comfortable space to feed my baby and helped me find what I needed offering great advice. One staff member went above and beyond helping me do the switch over to the pram when my baby fell asleep in my arms. She even helped me rock him off to sleep and showed me features on my pram I didn’t even know it had. Your staff are a credit to you. :)

They lost my items, they never arrived on the agreed day, they said that my order had already been delivered, when this was not true. I called customer service, they never apologized for what had happened, they made me waste my time, I had to wait 2 more weeks when the products I had ordered were urgently needed. very bad service I am quite unhappy. I called the store many times, they never answered my call.

We went in store yesterday to check out the pram and car seat options we were leaning towards in person. Susan was so helpful and answered all of our silly questions. She booked us in for a buying for baby appointment as a walk in and we reserved everything we needed which got us a free £200 voucher to use in store or online when our purchases arrive! Couldn’t be more grateful for the help Susan gave us.

We were today with my wife and 1 month old baby, already decided by ourselves what stroller we were going to buy so it was just pay and leave, they made us wait for 40 minutes till I left with empty hands. Really bad experience

Ordered items in for a wedding. Told 1-3 days from date of purchase. Rang to be told could be another day. Staff member said he check if he had any similar items in stock. Never rang me back!! I just went elsewhere because the arrived to late for wedding

They have a good variety of products of great quality, but prepare to clear your schedule if you want to actually buy anything there. The service is so painfully slow and inefficient, I'd be surprised if they get through more than 2 customers a day.We went in to buy a pram and it took over 2 hours, although we had made up our minds about 15 minutes after arriving. This isn't great when you have tiny babies with you, which is usually the case when you go to Mamas & Papas.The staff is friendly but they need some more training if you ask me. They don't know their products well enough, they have no idea how to use their computer system (which could probably also be improved by the looks of it) and they are just very slow and unorganised.I will not be shopping there again unless I really have no other choice.
