Such a lovely vet Sam and receptionist Alex. We brought our dog Willow here when she had an ear infection when we were on holiday in St Ives. They looked after her so well, gave us lots of information. I would not hesitate to take my pets to this veterinary practice again.

Had to come in when my dog became ill on holiday. Got an appointment the same day. The vet took the time to find out exactly what was wrong and was patient with my nervous dog.Updated :I can't thank everyone enough for the care, time and compassion they had. Again, my dog became ill on holiday, except this time it was incredibly serious. After daily visits he ended up being admitted. I got updates every few hours and I felt confident leaving him. Thank you for taking such great care of him!

Was on holiday and my little JR not well at all. Got in on the same day I telephoned. Receptionist was lovely and vet really helpful. I felt reassured and my dog improved quickly on the medication given. Five stars

We attended the practice when our dog became ill whilst on holiday here. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, from contacting our vets at home to get my dogs notes, the practice being so clean and tidy, the vet we saw was amazing, so kind and thorough, and the veterinary nurses were so friendly. A really positive experience at a time of distress.
