An absolute waste of 10 weeks of a build. I called them over twenty times through the process and rarely did anyone bother to call me back. After wasting 10 weeks of my time I had to recover the springs. DO NOT USE.Response to owner. Your email confirmed safe receipt of the springs on the 1st June. I endeavoured to contact you on numerous occasions for an update and twice, someone bothered to return my calls. At no time ever was I informed about timescale or price, baring in mind you had the springs ten weeks. By the ninth week after no one could be bothered to update me I called your office, I texted first requesting contact and update 7/8, no reply, so I called and requested an update 8/8, again I was ignored, I called again, 9/8, 10/8 and 11/8. I was told to expect a call on Monday 14/8, which of course never materialised. You are welcome to check my phone logs. Not once did anyone apologise or try in any way at all to rectify matters, hence my accurate review of your business.

My experiences here have never been above 3 stars, but my visit today has left me extremely disappointed. Very little in the way of reptiles, nothing more than Royal Pythons and a couple of cornsnakes on display. The fish variety was very poor, there's more empty tanks than ones full of stock.There isn't really a variety of anything anymore.Everything feels so over priced when you have such little choice. The chances of the things you want actually being in stock are slim too!What topped it of for me Today is this isn't the first time I've returned home with things brought from here, and they've had pieces missing.Being one of the ONLY pet shops in Chesterfield, you'd think they'd try a little harder to be reliable.The one star is for the staff alone, they're the only good part about the place.
