Revamp Team

Came round to give us a quote for an extension. Never got back to us. When we rang to find out what was occuring we was met with abuse and attitude by his wife 'Carla' (who has commented on the review page).Avoid like the plague.

We were extremely pleased with the work carried out by Ricardo and his team. They replaced both our kitchen and bathroom and the results were great. When we hit a few snags during the project he always had a solution. And he also has some good ideas for additional bits in the kitchen, such as floating shelves which he made himself and look great. We felt very comfortable dealing with Ricardo; he regularly kept us up to date during the project and the quote he provided us with was very thorough and transparent. He is trustworthy, reliable and willing to go the extra mile - we would recommend him without any hesitation - an absolute professional!

I can not recommend the Revamp Team enough... Ricardo and his team were not only brilliant, they were professional, courteous and an absolute joy to have working in our house. Our kitchen needed a complete overhaul from electrics to plumbing and everything else in between and the Revamp Team were able to do it all which meant we were not dependant on different tradesmen to turn up on time and avoid unnecessary delays when they couldn't. Our kitchen is quite small and presented a lot of challenges to Ricardo and team to get in to reality what we had in our heads as our ideal kitchen. Unfortunately reality and dreams clashed as no matter how good Revamp are they cant magic up extra space to accommodate everything we wanted.Now this is why I cant recommend Ricardo and team enough, they spent ages with us (before we agreed or signed anything) going through different floor plans and trying to accommodate everything we wanted whilst gently guiding us in to what was realistic compared to what was not possible and making us feel like it was our idea all along. We now have a brand new kitchen that far exceeds what we could have had if we went with the usual brand name high street suppliers and installers. I don't use this term often but Ricardo is a craftsman who posses a keen eye for detail and is a stickler for perfection and will only leave once he is satisfied job is up to his standards and they are high.If you can book him and he can fit you in.. do not hesitate, grab him while you can, at the end of the day you pay for what you get and you are getting someone who takes pride in their work and is a genuinely lovey person who is honest and not out to make a fast buck at your expense. We love our new kitchen and it has been one of our better decisions to go with the Revamp team.we couldn't be happier. 5 star all the way.

Contacted Revamp team to re do and modernise our kitchen. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful, offering advice and listening to us. when it came down to doing the work the team were thorough and very detailed! nothing was missed. We now have our dream kitchen!Very grateful! and we are planning to use his services again once the lock down is over
