If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking service from this store. Dianne is rude and just wants to get you out the store. She refused to give my phone back because I didn't decline there quote that I didn't receive. I showed them my phone and she even took my phone to look and just said I don't know you have to come back tomorrow (I'm 40 minutes each way from this store) even though they hadn't completed any work she just kept saying she can't without the quote being declined. The store also had fitted a new screen on my phone as it had dead pixels under warranty but the screen hasn't been fitted correctly and you can see it coming away from the phone but they refuse to take responsibility of this. So if you are thinking of a repair there I would avoid at all costs.

As I did not receive any notifications, I was made to wait for my device for 2 weeks. No one answered my calls at Northampton branch for over a week. The person who set up my upgrade was amazing. Otherwise, overall, the customer experience was disappointing.

Rang shop 4 times in order to check availability and save a wasted journey. No answer so had to go to the shop. Upon entry I told the sales person that I wanted to buy a BT disc. 'We can upgrade your package to include the disc' he said. I responded that I didn't want to do this as it would be an additional £20 a month and re-iterated that I just wanted to buy it. 'Come over to the desk and we can check the package prices' No, I replied, I don't want that. Then he said 'we don't sell BT discs'. Absolutely useless, they are trained to sell, not help. I bitterly regret moving to BT, but it was the only way to keep my landline.

Absolutely hideous service, booked in for a screen repair through apple care+ and when I arrived I had to back up the phone and bring proof of purchase none of which I was told before- I had the phone log ins . Also it was supposed to be the same day and when I arrived was told it was not. The people were not good in customer service, so frustrating and would avoid avoid avoid. Policy’s are one thing but not informing them….

If I could put 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Diane is rude and arrogant. They repaired my phone in April under manufacture warranty, and only a few months later the phone has completely switched off. They never fitted my screen properly and the tiniest splash of water got into the screen when on holiday taking pictures of my kids in the pool. When looking at the phone, the screen isn't even properly attached, hence why it's now water damaged. EE have refused to do anything as the phone apparently only had 3 months warranty! No one told us this and i haven't even had the phone for 1 year so still should be under warranty!!!

EE is a big waste of time because I was looking to get a Sim card from them, but I waited where it told me to wait. Then some guy told me to sit down the chair but not communicating to other member staff. I was waiting to be seen because they was not communicating to each other the other staff came over and said are you looking to get a new contract I said I’m looking to get a Sim card. He looks bamboo because he did not know why I was sitting on the chair. Before he came over to me.

Visited quite a few providers around the town and these stood apart from all. It's been nearly a year since I have been visiting them for a couple of times for inquiries, purchases and always walked out happy.

I would give 0 if I could be . Very pathetic customer service. They will talk nicely for getting a contract with them and they hidden and extra charges they will cost you is like unimaginable. N also they charge too much for 5GB as compared with other providers. If you have any query's to resolve and you visit that place they will tell you to call customer service number. Coz they call charge you additional amount as you called the extra from your given offer. Don't fool your self by taking their connection.

Very rude staff, not qualified to do their job. It seems to me management is not happy wih themselves as a results so are the employees. Not providing enough details of how to approach the issue such as repair and then making very difficult to sort it out. Luckily there are other stores which helpMe. Poor, Very sad people. Complaint on its way:) bye
