Unfortunately I have had to use Richard's services twice in the last 2 years for my mum and Great Auntie. On both occassions Richard and the team have been supperbly supportive, understanding and patient, guiding us through the process, a fantastic and reasonably priced service in difficult circumstances.I'd like to say I hope I don't have to use Richard again in the near future, as we all do, but would not hesitate if the need arises and would highly recommend Pring and Son to everyone who requires these services.Thank you for such wonderful support.

I have dealt with many undertakers during my working experiences through caring for the elderly, and always found that Prings and Son were by far the best which is why I wanted to use them again for my husband's funeral recently. I had previously used them for 3 family members and will be using them for my own funeral when the time comes. They are very considerate and respectful at all times and did everything showing compassion and dignity, not just to the departed but to the entire family. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Richard went out of his way to make sure that everything went as smoothly as it possibly could, before, during and after the event. Could not recommend Richard and the team at Pring & son enough. Richard was fantastic from the start. Nothing was trouble, and he maintained a professional but friendly manor at all times. He made us all feel better about a difficult and sad situation. I cannot recommend Pring and Son highly enough. I knew from the first meeting with Richard that I wanted him to look after my precious mum. He was courteous, friendly, supportive and respectful and helped to give my mum the send off she deserved. From the first call to the day of the funeral nothing was too much trouble. The first meeting with Richard put us at ease straight away. We had no idea how to arrange a funeral for my friend. He was so considerate and helpful and made the stress a little lighter. He kept in touch with us from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would recommend this small family business to anyone.
