I had a puncture on my courtesy car and my insurance used these guys to get a fitter out with a new tyre. The fitter was out to me within the time frame set and he got straight to sorting out my tyre, he had it off the car and rim and a new tyre back on in about 10 minutes at the side of a busy road on an industrial estate with lorry’s whizzing past. Great service, fitter was friendly and bloody good at what he does

Took my Tesla Model Y in to get a tyre changed. They ordered in the Hankook tyre I needed within a few days. Once it arrived I was in and out in 15 minutes or so with the new tyre. Nice chaps. Will use again and can happily recommend.

Great when everything works but not when they are so heavy handed they snap your locking socket and crack the nut on the alloy. They will keep quiet and let you leave so you don't notice until you get home. Then they will claim this happens all the time and they cant take any responsibility or even help with removing the nut they broke.This is dangerous as a customer likely wouldn't notice until they need to replace a tire or have a puncture and are then out of luck and left stuck. There is no way they did this damage and didn't notice at the time. I am now stuck with a wheel I cant remove and looking for a company with better tools to fix the mess Watling have left me in.

Excellent ServiceDiverted as warning light appeared on my way to London. Service was helpful, friendly and filled me with confidence as they didn't make a drama out of, what was for me, a crisis. Problem identified and solved with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. Thank you, would highly recommend
