My Iphone 13 stopped charging. A quick 2 minute clean and all was working again. They didn't even charge me. Thanks very much, I'll be back.

My sons iPad charger snapped off and stuck in the charging port! I was panicking at how much it was going to cost, took it in and within 10 mins he had got it out and no charge! Absolute 10/10 service and friendly service will 100% use them again and highly recommend

I scratched my Apple Watch Series 8 by brushing it against a wall, now this wasn’t any old wall, but a 300 year old wall, all jagged and rough edges.I thought the watch was ruined and the only way to fix it would be a screen replacement which isn’t cheap on a watch.I asked one of my good friends for advice who works in tech and he recommended The Phone Whisperer who could give the screen a polish. (They can’t fix the aluminium casing, however from reading online apparently metal polish can sort this out, if I’m brave enough).So I contacted them and they said to post it to them as they are nearly 200 miles away from me. So off I went to the post office and I received the watch back a few days later. They posted the watch back to me the day after receiving it and wow what a difference!I’m totally impressed, the screen is almost like new, the big gouges are totally gone. I’ve attached some photos but to be honest the damage doesn’t look nearly as bad as it did with the naked eye, however that is all gone now.These guys have done a great job, and with a real quick turnaround. I can see why they have such high reviews and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, even if they aren’t close by to you.I am a very happy customer, thanks very much The Phone Whisperer (and my friend Arlo who recommended them). Your gadgets will be in safe hands with these guys.

Purchased a Apple Watch Series 3. Item was near excellent quality. With a screen protector it looks brand new. Seller was able to provide a pink band also which was very much appreciated. Very quick responses when asking questions. Item was well packed and came within 24 hours as I ordered before 3pm. Will definitely be buying from again. A+Battery is 90% health as stated in the listing. Great service.

Once again, absolutely brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable & efficient. My old android wasn't charging so I couldn't transfer the data to my new phone - no problem, sorted within a couple of hours of my initial phone call to them - massively impressive & great value, can't recommend too highly!

Dropped in to see if my quiet speaker on my iPhone 11 could be fixed. Straight away it was the likely problem was diagnosed as it needed cleaning. 5 mins latter the phone ear speaker had been clean and the issue was fixed. Great knowledge and service. I highly recommend the phone whisperer and it will be my first port of call going forward.

I took my iPhone 12 into the Apple Genius Bar at The Trafford Centre as it wasn't charging . I was told that it had water damage and a replacement was £429.I took it in to The Phone Whisperer for a 2nd opinion, they checked that it was charging using the pad and said it would probably be fluff which they then removed.Really glad I went, thank you

Always great service from The Phone Whisperer. Whenever we need a screen or battery replacing we pay them a visit. Today I went in with a very quiet ear speaker which was cleaned and sorted there and then. Really pleased!
