Today I visited this branch to get a watch engraved for a funeral. I would just like to say the gentleman who served me today really went the extra mile to make it special, he was very courteous and the family are highly appreciative of his efforts and what he did for us. He has restored my faith in humanity with his act of generosity.

Pretty useless, for whatever reason timpsons never seem to be able to help with anything more than cutting a front door key. They send you to another Timpsons who can’t help either

Had my shoes heeled & soled recently and a brilliant job was made of them. The gentleman (Paddy) who did the job for me is always so friendly and does a fantastic job.I would never go anywhere else.Thank you Paddy.

Amazing service, there slogan is right! I had issues getting my new cars key cut and this was the only place I called up and had genuine help. The man was very helpful and insightful with my problem and I left a very happy customer. My thanks for to the man serving me!:)

Great service shame they cant take responsibility!Took a van key in to be replaced, replaced it and a week later the key stopped turning the engine on. had to call a auto locksmith and ended up costing me £420 plus the £50 for new key originally brought from Timpson's when we returned to complain was advised he couldn't help and he re cut key had to complain to head office who are useless!DO NOT USE FOR CUTTING CAR KEYS!

Excellent local resource for shoe repairs, key cutting and dry cleaning. No need to trek into the town centre when you have a great local amenity on your doorstep. Free parking as well. And the staff are always friendly and smiling.

Great freinldly service seems so willing to help. Keys were cut in a few minutes. Sells polish, laces shoe brushes, Suit that I picked up was excellent cleaned to perfection and a quick turnover. Not to expensive. The Cobbler in there has a great attitude to customer care. Hats off.
