Together Dental Tottenham

I’ve been going to this practice for quite a few years and haven’t have many good experiences with the dentists.However, my experience with Rita,the hygienist, has been much positive. Rita makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She explains everything really well and showed me how to floss properly.The dental nurse with her, Elizabeth was also very lovely and welcoming. This was the first ever time I’ve had a good and welcoming experience from a dental nurse.

I haven't been to the dentist for quite some time and was quite anxious to say the least!The dentist put me at ease from the start and talked me through what was happening during my treatment.I now have a plan for the future and am looking forward to seeing the treatment through and keeping on top of my dental work now my anxiety has gone (not completely!)Really friendly receptionists as well.couldn't be happier!Phil

After a few years of previous dentist incompetency it's been so refreshing to be a patient of such a professional and respectable establishment. Dr Shah has been brilliant in all of my appointments, her guidance and advice has been so helpful and even though I haven't started any cosmetic work yet I feel so much more confident about my smile and more importantly, my mouth hygiene. Very excited and positively confident about future results.

Visited the hygienist, who gave great instruction on my teeth care but aliso on how it impacted on my health, really professional. Left feeling like I knew exactly what not and what to do. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place. I am very disappointed with this practice.they charged me two times for the same appointment with in two weeks time. The dentist said that , the charge is for the repeated x ray , the receptionist said for the prescription and emergency appointment( it wasn’t emergency) I came back within two days after my treatment because I was still in pain but the receptionist (the man) made appointment after 15days and when I went this morning they asked me to pay again . Every time you visited them they charged you for nothing even if you feel uncomfortable for the same treatment you received a day or two days ago . Two x ray within 15 days. Now they left me in pain and charged me three times for nothing . The receptionist (the man) is unprofessional.when I made the appointment I asked him if they are going to charge me again and he said if you receive a different treatment you will pay but today I didn’t received any treatment but they charged me again which isn’t fair.

Emily make it so wonderful for me, I am always affraid of dentist. but Emily kind touch and caring after a while I begin to built confidence and feel relax, and it was a good experience, and i will say thanks.

I've interacted with Priya at Together Dental for my appointments, and they've been consistently friendly, organised, and attentive. Their welcoming attitude and efficiency enhance the overall experience. Thanks.

So far,I am happy with the way Sanyukta treats her with respect,patience and always asking how I was feeling and explaining during each break what she would do next with the treatment in addition great care when using her dental instruments. She is very nice and friendly.

I received a very poor standard of care from Dr Khadijah Shah at Together Dental Tottenham whereby she failed to put the patient first, and failed to communicate significant medical information to me. She displayed many traits which are the opposite of what is expected of someone working in a caring profession: uncompassionate, unkind, and disrespectful. Overall she has massively undermined my confidence in herself and the dental profession. I have written a formal complaint to the Practice Manager and I am awaiting a response.I would like to add, that after this appointment Priya at the reception listened to my experience of this incident and treated me with kindness and understanding.
