Nova car tech

The screen on my Ford Transit Sync unit had gone dead (out of warranty of course) and Ford wanted £1200 plus vat to replace the unit. After a little Google searching I found Sami at Nova Car Tech. I posted the unit to them on a Tuesday, and it was returned working (with a new display screen I think) on the Saturday morning. The cost? £250.00. I was updated at all stages of the process, Unit had arrived safely, Unit was repaired, payment had been safely received, Unit was posted.Flawless service at one fifth the price of Ford!

Repaired my BMW Kardon Amp. Sent on Monday got it back working on thurs. Saved me a lot of money as BMW wanted at least 2 k for new one and install . Great communication throughout, Thanks very much

Had the reboot issue on my CCC iDrive unit. Contacted Nova through their online form and got a text from Sami explaining the process.Posted the unit to him which arrived on a Saturday and got a text confirming receipt.Then got a message on Monday afternoon that the unit was fixed, with some video of it working.Received the working unit back on Wednesday. Put it back in the car and it’s been working perfectly.Great service from Sami, with regular updates, would definitely recommend Nova Car Tech.

I found this small business online after arguments with Ford and warranty about an Audio Control Module for a Ranger wildtrak T6 , I had no audio and a couple of other issues with it, this was sent from Scotland on Monday morning to England it's now back in my truck Thursday midday working as new , I cannot stress how good the service was, updates throughout including videos very friendly and rapid turnaround, absolute wizard DELIGHTED if I could give 6 stars I would Thanks very much.Col

I’ve had issues with my BMW amplifier for the last couple of weeks and couldn’t find the issue. BMW wanted £1,500 for a new one and second hand they’re around £800!My issue was intermittent so wasn’t the usual tell tail signs of a dead amp that the guys are used to but I sent it off anyway and within a couple of days I had a quote through for a fix, repaired and posted back with a 6 month warranty.I thought my amp was beyond repair but thanks to these guys it’s all fixed and sorted within a week (including posting and delivery!!I was kept updated throughout the process with texts, videos and copies of the tracking ID for Royal Mail.10/10 service. These guys know their stuff.I will definitely use you again and recommend you to anyone with car electrical issues.Thank you.

Touch control was not working on the multi media screen of my VW Transporter. Nova Tech repaired it very quickly and were very easy to deal with. I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

I have a Mini Cooper 2018 and car play screen inside screen had been badly cracked. My oil light then came on and I didn’t know if the oil was low or needed a change due to the car not having a dip stick and only able to see on the screen (which was cracked). It was an emergency and I contacted Sami who was amazing and a lovely guy. I took the car to his workshop within a few days of messaging and he had fixed the screen in 45 minutes - so pleased. Would recommend.

Sammy at Nova Car Tech is very pleasant, welcoming and knows his stuff. He didn’t stop until he found out the problem with my car Stereo and then fixed it with ease. Highly recommend!

At the begining of the year my CIC radio, with professional navigation (upgraded from factory), in my 2011 BMW 1 series decided it would start rebooting itself. And after changing the DVD drive and harddrive myself, I took the car to BMW who quoted my £2,000 for a new headunit. However, during the hours i wasted on google, I finally found Sami of Nova Car tech. Having chatted to Sami on whatsapp, I drove up on the Saturday, the 70 miles to see him. Following a quick further discussion, he said he had a good idea of what the issue was. I removed the headunit and left it with him. On the Tuesday I get a whatsapp from Sami with a video showing me the radio working and telling me it was all done. Aparently, its some sort of microchip that can go, so he had to replace it. The headunit is back in the car are so far so good. He even gave a 6 month warranty on his work. Sami you are an amazng genius. Thank you so much for the fast healpful service you provide. Guy is you get this far he does all makes of cars not just BMW and minis and his skills are not limited to the he also does things like comboxes. Thank you Nova car tech you have made me a really happy boy as I rely on my Satnav for drictions (alot) and my music to keep my calm on the road.

Had an issue with my Sync 3 system on a Ford ranger wildtrak, spoke to these guys Wednesday and advised of the issue, they knew the issue and explained what was required to have it repaired. Arranged to drop of Thursday morning at 8am and had a call at 10am to say all done and fixed. On collection they showed me it all back working along with what was done. Absolute superb customer service and a pleasure to deal with!Thanks
