I called due to an emergency regarding my dog.The staff were super helpful and had my dog a appointment within half an hour.Very informative, fast acting and helpful.The prices are as most vets.If you want to look after your pet, it costs money.The veterinary do offer payment schemes for larger bills for example surgery and are not bias and will let you know if you can purchase certain products cheaper from elsewhere.

Reception staff are lovely, always welcoming and happy to help. Always greets our dog and makes him feel special.We’ve seen several vets with our English Bulldog at the practice (at both locations) and always found the advice and care to be first class.Our dog gets excited to go to the vets and to me that’s a really good sign.

We've always taken our animals to Buchanan's Vets and never had a problem.The staff all obviously love animals and always do their best for pets. The care they give animals is great.You can trust your pet to the hands of Buchanan's.

We visited today to learn how to treat my newly diagnosed diabetic cat. Having never had experience with injecting an animal before (and feeling somewhat nervous to do so!), I was immediately put at ease by Kim, one of the nurses there. She was so friendly and patient with us and talked us through the whole process in great detail, answering all of our questions. I cannot thank her enough for giving us the confidence to tackle this treatment at home and helping us to provide comfort for our cherished pet. Thank you so much!
