Don't ever buy a car from them. We got a car no longer than a year its been in the garage more times than on the road. What a absolute nightmare feel so sorry for my miss she had it with cars . So she when,t to a so called friend that works there. And gess what ripped her off . So my advice to anyone that needs a car Don't use them

Can't really fault him did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it van is as described serviced and MOTd as promised never had to chase him for anything van seems spot on very happy and will buy again

We bought a car through a finance company at Marks trade cars, they received the money but when we went to pick the car up we were told that it had been sold , we informed the finance company what had happened, they instructed us yo go to another car dealer and choose another car, which we did, but marks trade cars has not returned the money to the finance company so we can't have the new car until they do! !!! They told me last week that it had been transferred but they are liars , hope trade and standards have more luck

Bought a car for over 1.5k. Let me first say I'm not very experienced in buying cars.On test drive I asked why it felt so hard to get in gear is there an issue with gearbox he replied no you just need to get used to a smaller gearbox. I asked does everything in the car work. He replied yes, no issues and it goes through checks before its handed over to me.Day 1 - break light out, central locking broken, radio broken.He says all those things went wrong after I picked it up conveniently.One month later and my car has broken down cos of the gearbox.Please just choose somewhere else to buy your car. Especially if like me you are a trusting person and expect honest answers to your questions. I fully believe he knew all of these issues and was happy to sell me a faulty car.

They won't give us a refund for a car we Purchased on 26 4.16, that we tried to return 2 days later. A mechanic deemed it unroadworthy! It has inadequate breaks, bald tyres, split turbo pipe, oil leak to the engine, a cable tie holding the rear of the exhaust on, rear hubs corroded , the car shakes over 60mph. Extremely poor customer service . Hopefully trading standards will resolve our issue

*****poor after sales/ lack of knowledge of regarding the car sold or sold with full knowledge of brake problem?.Daniel Crawshaw (Danny) sold me a car advertised as ideal for a first car what he failed to explain was that the car has a serious brake defect, I found this out when taking the car home from the Dealership, on the motorway when braking the car became uncontrollable.obviously I have tried to speak with them to rectify the issue and have been left with a response its sold as seen " "your on your own" !!!****"

Bought a top vehicle from these guys can't speak highly enough of them was a little dubious after reading the reviews but 2 out 13 years of car sales cannot be bad thanks again for a top service
