Unlike another local company, Lancelot don't go round knocking on doors, or use unsolicited phone calls to get business. They don't need to, because they're highly recommended by the people that use them. Also unlike the other company, they don't pressure sell, and are very competitive with prices. Pleasant, friendly lads got the job done quickly, left the place clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the quality of the doors, too.

Great experience. They were happy to take on a small job that many companies wouldn't consider. It is a genuine family firm, helpful and friendly. The sons did the installation and they were a pleasure to have in the house. It was lovely to see young ones working so competently, carefully, and considerately . I would happily use them again myself and can totally recommend them to anyone looking for an installation well done and cheerfully done.

We first contacted Lancelot on a recommendation from a family member and we are so glad that we did. I had a problem last week with the locking mechanism on my front door which it turns out is eight years old. I phoned Lancelot for some advice. Lee came the next day, inspected the lock, concluded that it had failed, and replaced it with a new one. No fuss, no cost. I was really not expecting this, so well done to Lancelot for their excellent customer service.

Excellent experience all around. From the outset, on a major renovation project, Lancelot Windows were flexible and willing to work around a complex schedule. We received a wealth of good advice on design of windows and doors, including French and patio doors. Installation over several phases was professional and highly competent - a cheery and adaptable team. One or two very minor issues were resolved effectively, and we are delighted customers. I would like to say a big thank you to Lancelot windows, this ,family owned business we’re excellent in every way from the quotation to the installation of the windows and doors .Lee the owner , who did our quotation was a true gentleman ,he listen to our requests and he gave us brilliant suggestions ,how we could improve the look of the property and for example having privacy glass in the bathroom top window and also installing an additional beam across the middle of the windows , these suggestions made the look of the cottage even better.Callum (son ) and the two other chaps was so professional while doing the install,nothing was too much trouble ,they explained exactly what was going to take place , gave us different options for Silicone on window edges,colours from brown or white ,also the sizes of stripes that would go between the window and the wall, they cleaned up after every window install.Customer service were exceptional in every way and I would highly recommend Lancelot windows to anyone looking to have there windows and doors replaced ,and I would definitely use this business again .Don’t use a National company use this local family business.Regards.Richard HaleEdington Somerset.

We had a very good experience by using Lancelot Windows, they were recommended to us, we visited their showroom where they answered all our questions, gave us plenty of advice etc, with no pressure selling comments, the owner, came to property to do a survey, which showed that we would benefit from new windows and external doors, (which we already suspected). They gave us a very good quote, which we agreed to.The 3 man installation Team were very organised, explained clearly what they were going to do, they installed 5 windows and 2 external doors in just 2 days, gave us a demonstration and some tips about maintaining them.We would definitely and confidently recommend this Company.

Lancelot Windows recently fitted 2 new french doors, front and rear door, and a further 18 windows.Lee was very prompt in making the appointment to assess our home, providing expert knowledge on what would work well and why.The quotation was very competitive when compared to other local businesses.The installation team were very polite, clean and tidy when working in our home and fitted our windows and doors to a very high standard.I would not hesitate in recommending Lancelot Windows.
