Jonathon Moore was brilliant at finding a good tenant for our apt. He sorted the tenancy agreement and took a very detailed inventory which is useful for when the tenancy ends. He did much more than he was required to do. Highly recommended!

Jonathan Moore was brilliant from the start in terms of selling my dads house for him, had people in viewing in no time at all and within a week or so it was sale agreed. I live a bit away from my dads house but he took over the process of showing people around. Through the whole process his communication was seamless and he even helped me get things arranged for the buyers such as certificates and so on, as well as being the middle man to make sure everyone was on the same page when it came to the legal stuff, I just couldn't believe how easy he made it compared to the last time I sold a house. I would highly recommend these guys, they are like the amazon of house sales in terms of the service they provide. Will deffo use again should I ever need to sell a house or rent!
