Perfect Balance Clinic St Albans (Fitness First)
Stephen is a WizardI saw Stephen after my neck locked up playing golf. He managed to see me last minute the next day and diagnosed the issue straight away. After initial treatment he restored some movement and made me aware of how it would feel over the next few days. After a 2nd treatment it is now almost at full movement and pain is minimal. He also addressed other issues in my hips which may be a factor in the overall cause of the problem. Thanks for sorting me out!

Stephen at Perfect Balance is absolutely the best! After an extremely traumatic accident, paralyzing me on my left hand side & endless other injuries - I was in so much pain I could hardly get out of bed ever. I started seeing Stephen and, with a loving & caring attitude, he has totally given me back the life in my life! He's done more for me than any other specialist surgeon, I will be eternally grateful to him

I started seeing Rachel Vialou-Clark last year when I had severe pain in my neck and arm. Rachel was amazing from the very 1st session, she was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. I had neck surgery in Jan 2021 and have been seeing her in the recovery phase where again she has been amazing, she has always gone above and beyond and I could not recommend her enough. Thank you very much Rachel I am now almost 100% and would not of been able to with your support.

I've been seeing Stephen for a number of years and with his help I have come a long way. I've gone from high levels of pain and unable to do much to shortly running my first half marathon - serious progress!Stephen is very knowledgeable and brilliant at what he does. The team are excellent, very high standards of customer service. Highly recommend.

I've been working with Joanne for a few months now for an ongoing issue I've had, she is the only physio I've worked with who has helped me overcome this and has been a pleasure to work with, you can really tell she cares about the people she works with and I could not recommend her and Perfect Balance enough!

I have received excellent physiotherapy and sports therapy for my shoulder with Perfect Balance. As a result, I’ve been able to return to exercise pain free and my shoulder now functions properly. Perfect Balance offer a great service and I would highly recommend them.
