OFFICE Colchester

I walked in here to buy a pair of boots with 3 staff present who were all giggling and chatting away. I was ignored for 10 minutes and when I approached them for help they ignored me and carried on chatting. Won't be going here again.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Won’t be returning! Sale items marked incorrectly and when queried staff were very sarcastic and unprofessional.

My husband and I came into your Colchester shop 3 weeks ago and my husband chose some tan Chelsea boots, we were very happy with the service we received however, after trying the shoes on at home he realised one of the boots was a bit too tight so we decided to go back and change them for the next size. We spoke to Jason and he was so helpful, they didn't have a bigger size in stock but arranged to have them delivered to us . A lovely young lady member of staff arranged it for us . Overall the staff were so helpful, nothing too much trouble. First class customer service!!

I visited this afternoon around 3-4ish for a bit of Christmas shopping. It was very busy and I was served by a young man with a silver chain and brown hair who was very polite and managed the stressful environment very well. He mentioned he had to go upstairs to ask if his manager could assist him as there were limited staff available. However, despite the store remaining busy, the manager failed to come downstairs with him and this visible caused him stress. I was disappointed by the lack of communication between staff as I believe my visit could have been much shorter and those who were working on the shop floor would have been able to cope better. Realistically, this close to Christmas, there should be more staff on your shop floor, far too disorganised.

Went there to get a new pair of office shoes. Found some which were on sale, and I got an extra 20% off. However, when I wore them the next day, the soles did not provide adequate traction and I almost ended up biting the ground two times in front of the Shard whilst walking on wet pavement. Went back to return them, but the shop assistant told me I couldn't as there is no 'factory flaw'. She asked the manager to attend and I explained that given the fact that I cannot maintain my stability whilst walking on some wet pavement, that would classify as a 'factory flaw', as the shoe is not fit for purpose. Both shop assistant and manager were friendly and after explaining the situation, they accepted to give me a refund. The quality of the shoes (cheaper ones) leaves something to be desired.

I wore shoes from this store for the first time and wore them for an HOUR. After an hour of wearing, the shoe broke. Today I came to the Office in Colchester to say I want my money back because it doesn't seem normal to me that shoe to breaks after an hour of wearing it. The young lady behind the counter was extremely unpleasant and grumpy from the start and made no effort to help me. I guess I was distracting her from doing nothing. I definitely do not recommend this branch!

Went into Colchester, shoes I wanted had the wrong sticker on, showed £65, was told they would honour this as consumer rights say. Then said they could not do this, but offered 20% off, I accepted this, then the female manager intervened and lied by saying the till could not do 20%. This is a lie as student discount is 20%. Very very rude.

I bought a pair of sandals here, and the stitching came undone only a month later. The staff here refused a refund. The sandals had only been worn once, yet staff implied they didn't believe this. I would never buy from Office again. It seems to me the products can be poor quality and the customer service awful.

So was quiet when I went in. Staff did not hassle customers and weren't pushy for sales. Very polite and helpful. Even helped me figure out a fashion dilemma with the shoes. Also helped me to order a new pair to my home with free delivery due to the pair I tried having a few marks on.Overall; kind and friendly staff, as well as helpful service.

Absolutely awful customer service and very bad customer service!My orders have not arrived and they promised that they would contact courier about delivery options but still not resolves! Never again I would buy anything from them!!!
