I have used CP Electronics for years and they have reached an all time low. Having repeatedly let my business down on delivery of an order (and never notifying us ahead) I tried to escalate the issue, eventually getting the mobile number of the MD after leaving multiple messages and having hollow promises of 'an update'.Now, a day after contacting the MD, still absolute radio silence!How do companies like this remain in business?

It was a faulty item which did not work. I thought I wired it incorrectly so I called the technical support to find out how to wire it and make it work.I have never been so disrespected by anyone like this before (The guy said “you are an electrician and you don’t know how to wire it get an electrician to do it for you” )And when asked for the customers assistant name he refused to give his name and he refused to pass me to his supervisor saying that he does not feel that he has to do itI have now returned all the items from CP electronics. I will not be using them again highly recommend you to stay away from them

New employees get suppressed here by managers and team leaders.worst management,people get blamed and framed for things they havent done.so much politics and injustice in this place.staff in the higher positions in big offices have no idea how unfairly some staff is being treated on shop floor.HR and senior officials need to wake up and deal with the issues at lower level as your majority of work is done by these people who get treated so unfairly by some.

Stay away, steer clear AT ANY AND EVERY COST. Management not interested in what's going on the floor. HR lady is a nightmare. (As on last quarter of 2021) Classic case of post given to naive and inexperienced person.

Don’t allow these systems to be specified on you’re sites, particularly the Rapid system, simply adding a presence detector or replacing one has been deliberately made difficult

Excellent quality products! Searched all over for a time delay switch with a delay setting of 90 minutes capable of handling an airconditioner. Bought excellent, very elegant units which even have a led indicator which stays on to show you that the timer is active. Simply push on, led lights up and unit remains on for the time delay you pre set on the unit - which can be anything from 5 min to 2 hours!

Staff are treated very poorly and have doubl standards and alot of preferences over the rules that need to be followed. I do not recommend this cash cow place to anyone with any sense.
